All cancellation requests MUST be received in writing at least twenty (20) days prior to the scheduled event via email to Upon receipt of this written notification to, at management discretion, refunds will be processed less a 10% administrative fee post event. Phone calls or verbal messages will NOT be accepted as advance notification.

Cancellation requests submitted less than twenty (20) days and greater than fourteen (14) days prior to an event will be granted a credit for another track day event to be used during the same season purchased at same track purchased or for a small fee for the credit to be carried over to the following season. Credits are non-transferable to another rider.

No cancellations will be accepted thirteen (13) days or less prior to an event but you will have a credit for the same track in the same year purchased. If this credit is not used it is forfeited.


To request a refund, simply contact us with your registration details via email to twenty (20) days prior to your scheduled event, SUBJECT LINE: REFUND REQUEST. You can also use the online form below to submit your request.

All refunds must be approved by management. Approved refunds, less a 10% administrative fee will be process post event. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full.

All track day orders must be used in the same season purchased.  They will not be carried over to the next season.

Once the season starts all Track Paks purchased are no longer refundable and non-transferable.  Track Paks purchases will not be carried over to next season.

Moving your registration to another date voids your right to a refund.

Gift Certificates must be applied in the season for which they are purchased; All Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If there is no communication in advance of your event and you do not show up on the day of the event there will be no refund issued or credit given.


If you registered your track day or performance riding clinic using a promotion discount, monetary credits for the amount paid shall be available for future registrations in the upcoming season upon request. Any difference in price for future entry shall be due at time of registration.




Any unused registration placed for the 2020 season  qualify for Covid-19 Credit applicable towards the purchase of 2021 registrations with advanced notice to during the 2020 season. Due to the deep discounts provided, Covid-19 Credits cannot be applied to Track Paks or Black Friday Cyber Monday Specials. Covid-19 Credits shall be granted exclusively to customers who contacted during the 2020 season.
